Have you chosen your items but don't want to buy them now? No problem! If the items are still available, you will find them in the shopping cart in your next visit.

How do I know if the item I want is available?

All articles displayed are immediately available. A great part of these products can be customized - in that case, the items will have this information.

When will I receive my order?

If all the items of your order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-5 days. In the case of customized measures, the estimated shipping date will be sent via email. Articles saying "Out of stock" will not be shipped.

How much is shipping?

No shipping costs for Portugal (mainland and islands) on orders of or over 50€ (up to 2 kg). For other places, please read the information on LUSATÊXTIL SERVICES > Shipping.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, you can. You just need to tell us the address you want to receive the package at when you order it. This service is FREE of charge. However, you will still have to pay shipping costs, unless the total price of the order is enough to exempt you from shipping costs. 

I haven't received my order. What should I do?
