Portugal (Mainland and Islands), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Switzerland. We may ship to other countries. Please send us an e-mail.

Why having a LUSATÊXTIL.pt account?

Your account at LUSATÊXTIL.pt allows us to have the necessary information to process your orders. You have control of your personal data: you can modify it directly from your account or send us an email to online@lusatextil.pt

How can I create my account or register on LUSATÊXTIL?

If you navigate through LUSATÊXTIL website but have never placed an order, click "My Account", at the top of the page. Write your email and then complete the fields to create your account. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, that's ok. Just click "Forgot my password", introduce your identification data and you will receive your password via email within minutes. If you need further assistance, please send us an email to online@lusatextil.pt

How can I get in contact with LUSATÊXTIL?

Can I keep the items in the shopping cart for my next visit?

Have you chosen your items but don't want to buy them now? No problem! If the items are still available, you will find them in the shopping cart in your next visit.

Where can I find information about the items?

You just have to click on the item you want and all the details will be visible. You will be able to zoom in all pictures.

How do I know if the item I want is available?

All articles displayed are immediately available. A great part of these products can be customized - in that case, the items will have this information.

What does LUSATÊXTIL have to offer me?

LUSATÊXTIL offers you a wide selection of items with the recognized quality of the Portuguese textile, 100% made in Portugal, at attractive prices. We also give you the opportunity to receive your items conveniently at home.

When will I receive my order?

If all the items of your order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-5 days. In the case of customized measures, the estimated shipping date will be sent via email. Articles saying "Out of stock" will not be shipped.

How can I pay?

- Using PayPal or Credit Card

- Using Multibanco

You may choose any payment method free of charge.

How much is shipping?

No shipping costs for Portugal (mainland and islands) on orders of or over 50€ (up to 2 kg). For other places, please read the information on LUSATÊXTIL SERVICES > Shipping.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, you can. You just need to tell us the address you want to receive the package at when you order it. This service is FREE of charge. However, you will still have to pay shipping costs, unless the total price of the order is enough to exempt you from shipping costs. 

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

What is your return policy?
